Rebecca comes to Westminster with a shared administrative management background, accompanied by environmental design studies. She truly appreciates our beautiful historical building and landscape as she coordinates the care and use of it for other non-profit groups. Her management skills are utilized for the administrative staff, the church finances, the parking lot, and other facility challenges that come with managing a historical landmark.
