Worship
The Worship Ministry Team works with the pastor and music department to provide effective and meaningful worship experiences at Westminster. The team draws on creative expressions through music, drama, language, liturgy, art, and movement, which awaken us to God’s presence and keep each service feeling fresh.
This team also coordinates the Sunday ushers, greeters, liturgists, and paraments.
Faith Formation
The Faith Formation Ministry Team (formerly known as Christian Education) provides religious education and nurtures spiritual growth through group study and intentional community.
The team oversees several aspects of Westminster, including childcare, Vacation Bible School, retreats, Sunday school classes for all ages including adults, and much more.

Community Engagement and Support
Westminster’s Community Engagement and Support Committee helps the church engage in missions locally and beyond; encourages individual participation in specific mission projects and programs.
Congregational Life
This ministry is responsible for the social and relational connections of the church and the greater community through events and other activities.
Finance
The Finance Ministry Team works oversees the church budget and ensures smart, transparent, and sustainable financial practices and stewardship of church resources.
Stewardship
The Stewardship Ministry Team assists the congregation in contributing each individual’s time, talents and treasure to the missions of the Church.
Administration
The Administration Ministry Team is responsible for overseeing major repairs and improvements to the church building and property.
Personnel
The Personnel Ministry Team supports Westminster on all staffing matters. This includes recruitment and hiring, professional development, and handling staff problems.
